The projects is located in a beachfront plot at the beginning of the desert in Kuwait. It follows a Moroccan house typology with the courtyard in the center surrounded by living areas, playrooms and en-suite bedrooms for the owner's family and their guests. The total size of the development is 1,300 sq.m with a separate spa building and a long pool along the beachfront.
