Designed in collaboration with Kasian Consultancy for Qatar Museums Authority, this project is located in the newly built Olympic Museum next to Khalifa Stadium in the city of Doha, capital of Qatar. It's an organic and healthy food restaurant whose menu bears the signature of the star chef Tom Aikens.
